I have loved prime video for YEARS. And I have zero issues having ads occasionally. But, when I have to get up to tend to my kids or whatever and I have to rewind a show, I do not appreciate being punished like a child with commercials when trying to find my spot. So now I have to wait 1 minutes 30 seconds to keep trying for my spot, if I stop and see if I have the right spot and I don't and have to go back again, I'm rudely interrupted AGAIN with more WOKE ads. SICK OF IT😡

Overall annoying, you pay for prime and still have to deal with ads all the time. I'm watching a 25 minute per episode show and there's minute long ads every 5-10 minutes. Its also rarely ready to play the correct episode of my show and I have to go and find which episode I'm on. I love Amazon and I use it regularly but I feel like prime video could use some improvements, especially on the phone app.

Everything was working fine, with no problems or issues with the app. But after its recent update, movies and shows are still loading and playing, however its only the audio itself. Whatever is playing will show up blank. I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't work. So I uninstalled the app went and logged back in, hoping it would work, and that didn't work either. Would have given it 5 stars, but due to this inconvenience, I'm considering unsubscribing to Amazon Prime Video.
